SSH1 or SSH2 ?
MacSSH supports SSH2 and Big5, but I have trouble connecting to SSH1 server with MacSSH. http://www.macssh.com
For SSH1, NiftyTelnet is recommanded. http://www.lysator.liu.se/~jonasw/freeware/
