How to tell QE is on/off on 10.2? [s]A simple way is if your arrow pointer has shadow, then QE is on![/s]

But, for the skeptics, here's some source and binary to test it

Pls note the shadow on pointer way of telling is not exactly right... on some ATI card, to be sure for sure use the qetest binary.

我不喜歡那個有陰影的箭頭。不是因為它難看，而是整個系統裡就只有這麼一個指標有陰影，別的都沒有。十分不搭調。
