pc和mac二台電腦同時讀取硬碟外接盒! 可行嗎?

請教各位?
我有一顆硬碟外接盒有USB和FireWirer接孔
想mac接FireWire,PC接USB,同時讀取這顆硬碟外接盒
我想是沒辦法的,但有誰知道有什麼辦法可pc和mac二台電腦同時讀取呢?

只有網路硬碟能達到你的需求，外接盒就別想了
試試看雙FireWire埠的外接盒吧^^

根據我以前的經驗
我跟朋友同時用兩台Laptop(winxp & win2k)
來連接雙FireWire埠的外接硬碟盒
是可以同時存取這個外接硬碟 
這硬碟會被視為網路上的一個裝置
甚至透過這樣的連線,兩台Laptop可以在網路上的芳鄰看到彼此
這些都不用額外的設定,
只要針對FireWire的網路設定自動抓取IP就行了
前提是雙FireWire埠,我想USB是不支援的
畢竟FireWire是以Peer to Peer的原理在運作

is it possible work for pc and mac connection use this way let mac and pc comucation ( do a file or folder direct transfer or need save to firewire disk and make copy from firewire disk ?) if this way iss work ,maybe i'll use this way to let my 2 computers (MAC & PC) work together ;-) thx

我的經驗是
用ｍａｃ連接外接硬碟
然後進去ｐｃ的網路芳鄰抓ｍａｃ的外接硬碟
這方法很笨
常常要ｍａｃ開機
ｐｃ才能抓外接硬碟的資料
以前用過的雙FireWire埠2.5吋硬碟外接盒

this is important thing if that way don't work pc and mac at the same time to do pc and mac transsfer file or folder , it's will no need to buy it for me ...
by the way i am building a PCI firewire card

i have not try it yet ... i don't know is it work on (CPU 604e) POWER MAC 9600-200MP ? have anybody know is it work on my old mac ?
i am a old mac user have many sorted and till increasing on my computer , so it's hard to renew computer ,like now about 550 gb hd .... , you know new computer is hard add 8*hd and 1 cd-rw into 1 apple computer , but they are all inside my 9600 power mac for a long time , and my computer almost not shout down power about 2 years , but during 2 or 3 days sometimes close l week will do a quick restart computer i am running a private server ;-)

事實上,這就是雙FireWire埠的外接硬碟盒,
你可以再看仔細點

IEEE1394的運作是以點對點(Peer to Peer)的方式,
不需要有主從關係(Host端與Client端)
它的連接是跨作業平台的
兩台電腦透過IEEE1394線直接互連(外接盒可以省了)
不妨把它想成是跳線的RJ-45網路線
小白不在身邊,所以沒法實測
買條IEEE1394線來try就知道了

i have been tested it' don't work with 1394 to connect with my mac (9600-200MP 768mb rram) and pc (P4 2.6GB 768mb ram) ;-( , maybe i have something wrong , could you let me know the detail ? thanks

現在也很少有雙FireWire埠的外接盒
抱歉幫不上忙
