Just 3 pix from the S League game just now between Sinchi TV FC vs Balestier Khalsa, at Hougang Stadium.

P.S. Pardon the noise in the 1st pix, was a bit underexposed with 300/4... the last 2 is with 300/2.8

Settings were ASA 1600, 1/320s... a 300mm f/4 lens was used in the 1st pix (thus under exposed and the noise), in the latter two pixs 300mm f/2.8 lens was used.

some calculated anticipation and the 8fps AI Servo does help in situation like this.

yeah, the 2nd pic, very nice shot. cool

but a bit pity of the high iso noise. did u enlarge the size of this pic? are u using mark II?

2nd pix action is nice but I think it's pretty bad background etc.

Hmmm, as for the noise level, I don't think that the noise level is high, consider it's at ASA 1600; did not enlarge but have it cropped instead; 1D MK I was used not MK II.

The pixs shown are resized to 600 px at the longest.

yup, you're right. the man in the background was really the noise of the pic.

but sometimes it's hard to avoid at this rush moment.
