Can anyone help me to setup the Airport Express.

I have follow the instruction of the manual but it doesn't work.

What's wrong ?!

I have a wireless network at home and when I try to set the Airport express to my network with the supplied S/W.

It tell me "The airport express is not responding". I have pluging the Airport express with power socket securely.

Can anyone give me some suggestions. Thanks

It could be that the hardware is failure.

I think the best solution is calling Apple for help. You may need a replacement.
