為什麼在OS X 下不能讀mp3 songs in chinese from OS 9

我把mp3 歌從OS 9.2.1 bring to OS 10 using itune....but the chinese appear to be codings....I try changing ID3tag....I try changing language to TW in itune...I try burn mp3 songs to ISO9600 then bring in songs back to itune...none of them work........please help if anybody know....thanks..

OS 9 用得是大五碼，OS X 用得是 Unicode。
