請教一個問題,Why apple 現在所有的 softwere update 都沒有 for 中文的,這算不算是一種歧視?(連日文都有!!)

對啊，也沒有我祖國的文字版本 (非洲的 Zanzibar)，我也要抗議！為什麼有日文版，沒有 Zanzibar 版本的 updater?

All the new software updates has Chinese localization, iTunes has it, etc.
The new PB G4 GE Combo drive version does ship with the Tier 2 CD since December, I would guess the rest of the range does as well.
