So your work is so great... people are passing it in incredible high speed... Cheer up, man!!

Guess what? I sent the illusion .gif to some of my friends (less than 30 I guess) in 1:30 AM and when I walked in my office in 10:00 AM, I found two people not in my maillist (so I didn't send the illusion .gif to 'em) just forwarded the same stuff to me!! [img]images/smiles/icon_eek.gif[/img]

I don't mind the traffic... but it's a bit excessive, about 10GB in just 3 days (the last count was over than 122,000 people have seen the pict)...玩出火了。

Anyway, due to the unusually HUGE amount of side traffic being generated by my photo album, I have to temporary make it offline to public access... my sincere apology to all.

驚聲尖叫 網路蹦出幽魂

　「哇啊??」、「嚇死人啦，哪個豬頭寄這種東西給我啊？」最近幾天，一張
「古宅幽魂」圖檔，利用網友的好奇心，冷不防地狠狠地嚇網友一把，一場場活
生生的「驚聲尖叫」，正熱烈上映中。
　「恐怖文化」，是網路次文化中比較不引人注目的一支，但卻有不少擁護者。
在台灣的BBS中，恐怖討論區上總有不少網友詢問，哪裡可以看到屍體或各種靈
異照片、恐怖小說。專門放恐怖文學、圖檔的網站也不少。但是對於平常不接觸
恐怖文化的網友而言，收到一封恐怖E-mail，可真的會嚇死人。
　最近幾天，許多網友都收到一張檔名為house.gif的「古宅幽魂」圖檔，信件
標題則有「九二一之後……」、「璩美鳳與曾仲銘」、「恐怖女鬼」等，希望
收信人仔細看看圖片。
　乍看之下，只是一張破舊古宅的圖片，裡面堆滿了雜物，並無任何特殊之處。
古宅後面，有一道門，門中有一團藍色的東西。信件中大多請網友「注視藍色部
分三十到四十秒，自然會看到，要專心喲。」
　如果真的專心盯著那團藍色的東西看卅秒，想不被嚇死，都很困難。這張圖片
，其實是一張動畫圖檔，每過四十秒，就會有一個白白的幽魂，從門後出現。雖
然出現時間不到一秒，但對於已經陷入情境、鬆懈警戒的網友而言，可真是驚心
動魄。
　膽子大一點的網友，被嚇到之後或許還可一笑置之；膽子小的，恐怕就不止尖
叫而已，許多人被嚇到說不出話來、嚇到哭的也不少。尤其深夜才收到這封信的
人，甚至會整夜失眠。一個小小的網路惡作劇，現在已經成為「恐怖行動」。
網路嚇人 當心挨告

　「你為什麼要寄那麼恐怖的圖檔給我？」、「小心我告你哦！」最近幾天收到
古宅幽魂的網友，心情平復之後，很多都想要去告寄信人。法界人士表示，被嚇
到網友，在民法上可請求賠償，寄信人甚至可能觸犯刑法傷害罪，轉寄前還需三
思。
　律師簡榮宗表示，依民法侵權行為責任的規定，製作及轉寄此種郵件的人，如
果導致收信者精神、健康之損害，例如受驚嚇而情緒失控，要負賠償責任。而且
收信者無論是財產上的醫藥費、減少的工作收入，或是非財產上的精神、心理損
害，都可以請求。
　如果轉寄者已經知道後果，例如收信人本來就很膽小，或是本來就不和，想要
嚇死對方，視情節的嚴重與否及行為人的主觀心態，甚至可構成刑法傷害罪。就
算本來沒有意圖，隨意轉寄，如果真的造成傷害，也可能觸犯過失傷害罪。
　簡榮宗表示，收信人如果要反制對方，可以回一封信表示抗議，並且附上相關
的法律責任。
