Is the file name with " *.armo ", could be opened by Pro/ENGINEER ?

This file is coming from his Franch customer, and that Franch customer told them that they could open this file with Pro/ENGINEER.

Please tell me related information with this file name " *.armo " ?? Thank you for your patience.
