well... watched tons of movies when I was in Malaysia last week: only 1 chinese one: 雙瞳... guess that's no a 賀歲片... hehehe
It's cheap entertainment in Malaysia... ^^

a movie ticket cost almost 10 ringgit (or 80 台幣) during 農曆新年 ...

I meant in term of VCDs and DVDs... ridiculuously CHEAP (ok, it's not as cheap as China)
Anyway, MYR10 that's like USD2.60... In SG it's SGD8.50 (or abt USD5.... it's all relative.
