I using the quark xPress 4.1CT software with the DulG4/876 of os 9.2.2E version. i use chooser connect the laser writer(rid) then i run the Quark xPress--page setting--printer fonts--check printer. I find the unknow error [-4100]




help me

1.你使用9.2.2E，你麼你可能需要使用CLK喔！
2.其次你並不需要在去檢查字形啊！
3.Quark是一個很詭異的軟體，因此你光在chooser選擇印表機它也不能正常動作，你得在軟體裡先選取你要使用的印表機的PPD喔！

i already install CT CLK .major i can be too check the printer to send the document to print.because the CT fonts install in to the printer queue.so i must check the printer then to send the document to printer.
