3rd one from the end, maybe ND filter with slow shutter speed might be good for the water flows... ^^

I am not so good with filters and flash yet. What does the ND filter do? Or, where can I read up on different filters and their functions?

Yes, slow shutter speed might have been better to capture the water flow. It was quite scary when I was taking that picture. Had to jump on top of a rock in the middle of the creek! hee hee!
