IE 5.1 for OS X plug-in 問題

could anyone tell me where can I find the plug-in for IE5.1 which runs on OS X. I can only have the quicktime plug-in working. But lot of sites trend to only support .asf or .asx

Another maybe silly question is : Why couldn't I fond the outlook express for OS X. I open the "Mail" link under IE menu, but it only lead me to the Mail.app which is supposed come with OS X.
