ADC Web Page

ADC Online members will be able to download Mac OS X v10.1 Developer Tools beginning the week of October 1st from the Download Software area of the ADC Member Site. Anyone who received the free Mac OS X v10.1 "Instant Up-To-Date" CD at Seybold or at a participating retailer should become a free ADC Online member in order to download the tools. ADC Online members who want the Mac OS X v10.1 Developer Tools on CD must purchase the Mac OS X Up-to-Date package.

不知道是不是他們設定有錯誤，不過 ADC Student Members 竟然 access denied...

I got it. you could only download the tools under Mac OS X, not Mac OS 9.
