I want to convert avi to mpg.

Hi, anybody knows which program can help me convert avi format to mpg format. This program better can running in os x, but if it's not, i think it's ok.
Really need you help!

我不認為 AVI-QT 會把 AVI 轉成 MPEG，而是轉成 MOV。

只要能轉成 .mov，剩下來的就好辦了不是嗎！

Thanks guys.
but with AVI to QT, i still have problem to convert the avi file. Those avi files are under window format, every time i try to open them with QT, there was a error message said QT couldn't open it because there is no plugin for exact the avi file's audio. I try to use AVI to QT to convert the avi file, but i still got the same error message, and the program was aborted too.

So guys , if you have any good idea, please tell me.
