Help !!! User Broken

Please help me,
Ever since last nite, I can't open any MS application except
IE. All the Office X applications quit upon opening.
And in IE, and iMovie, I can't use the menu items (no responds when clicking menus,), couldn't type in the address field neither.
This only happens in some of the user accounts, I tried to delete all the pref in the user Lib, but it still doesn't work.
I am runing OSX 10.1.0.3 on a G4 466.

Can someone help me please !!!
