iMovie Problem! Help!

I tried to use iMovie under MAC OSX10.1.3 to export file but everytimes iMovie is forced to quit. I tried again in Mac 9 and it just works beautifully each time.
Can any one give me some suggestion?

I encounted similar output problem before, I discovered later that it's due to my HD capacity. The OS X partition HD is not enough to hold the new output file.

Don't know whether it could help. Anyway, just share the experience.

Strange! My output file is in quicktime format. If I use iMovie for OS 9, the output file is only 65 MB and my available HD storage is more than 5 GB. But it just doesn't work under OS X.
