想用網頁修改系統密碼

現在使用OS X server 架站與Mail server

想寫一個利用網頁來讓使用者自行修改系統密碼
而不是用Terminal 模式下的 passwd 指令

想請教大家如何著手

If the user is in MacOS X, "passwd" won't work. Since all the information is stored in NetInfo. Not quite sure how you can extract information out of NetInfo, but you may want to take a look at the NetInfo guide from Apple.

you can use nicl or niutil to do so.

And I would also consider the security of the setup. Assuming you are writing a perl script to make the system calls of the utilities Bryan mentioned above, I would add some SSL layer to make the link more secure.

我提供一下在 RedHat 下的玩法，就是把指令寫進 CRON 中讓他下一分鐘執行的時候自己改密碼。CRON 是 ROOT 權限所以不會發生 nobody 權限不足的問題。
