剛剛發現原來如果您在美洲虎的Mail.app裡寫中文（繁／簡）郵件時，它將會用新的GB18030-2000標準碼！
可是，Mail.app有個臭蟲。

One more thing:
it's seem that if one type in a Chinese characters which exists in ISO-2022-JP (i.e. 繁體中文), Mail.app still encode the CHINESE mail in ISO-2022-JP, gee didn't this bug was reported a few months ago!?
On the hand, there's absolutely no problem with Japanese and Korean where mail are properly encoded with ISO-2022-JP and ISO-2022-KR respectively!
