How to setup FTP on OSX 10.2?

I want to share some files with my friend, but i dont know how to setup a ftp server on OSX 10.2. (I heard that Jaguar already build in that function?????)

1. Open System Preferences
2. Click on "Sharing"
3. Check "FTP Access"

You might want to try sftp/scp instead of ftp.
