今天看到一篇網誌，老朋友，你在做什麼呢？Spokeo幫你網海尋友 。
介紹的是一個追蹤朋友在網路上活動的網站，Spokeo ，結果發現蘋果傳教士Guy Kawasaki是他們的顧問。有空大家可以去玩玩，搞不好也可以發現你朋友在網路上的其他面貌！

登錄時需要填入email address, 和email的密碼,以便系統能取用你email的通訊錄.....

這，風險會不會太大了。

Spokeo也可以用Gmail、Hotmail、Yahoo之外的其他電子郵件帳號註冊，或者可以自行設定密碼（如果你不想提供Spokeo你的Email密碼的話），當然不管是上述兩種情況中的哪一種，此時就無法直接匯入通訊錄囉！

如果你想這麼做的話，只要在註冊畫面，點選下方一個連結「Sign up without using an existing account »」，提供一個電子郵件、自行設定一個密碼。

然後你要到該郵件收一封認證信，接著就像Zero說的，你可以手動把想要追蹤的Email匯入。

這個服務比較像是監視不像是在找尋老朋友在幹嘛.....感覺怪怪的

facebook only check within itself though, plus you gotta be a member of the network where your pass friend joined, in order to see what your pass friend was doing.

So technically facebook is a lot safer..... I think.

it's NOT safer at all if you provide your email password to facebook, and facebook did ask for my email password at first because 登錄時需要填入email address, 和email的密碼,以便系統能取用email的通訊錄..
However, it's also true that you can choose not to in face book, like Spokeo-

這種跟你要其他服務的帳號密碼的，你當然可以懷疑他會私下紀錄，有種解決方法是改個臨時密碼給他用，用完再改回你原本的密碼。
