setenv LC_CTYPE zh_TW.Big5
setenv LANG zh_TW.Big

That assumes you are using C shell as your default shell. If you don't have .cshrc, you'll have to create one under your user home directory, and alias is a command. Do a man alias for more details.

0. open Terminal.app
1. if you didn't change any default setting of shell, you are using tcsh now.
2. pico .cshrc
3. add following line:
alias screen "/usr/bin/screen -DRU"
4. save, exit, Command-N to create new shell terminal window.
5. now your screen command is mapped to screen -DRU now.
