如此，則列印時按下 "save as PDF" 會出現選項。選項內容為 PDF Services 資料夾內的東西，可為下列四者：
a folder or an alias to a folder
an application or an alias to an application
a UNIX tool or an alias to a UNIX tool
an AppleScript file or an alias to an AppleScript file
用途嗎？視乎需要，舉例：
一 如放入 folder 或其捷徑在 PDF Services，可把列印生成的 PDF 拷貝至此 folder。
二 如放入 mail.app 或 entourage 的捷徑在 PDF Services，按 "save as PDF"時選之，則會直接建立一新電郵，附件為該 PDF。美中不足的是 mail.app 或 entourage 未能自行 activate。
三 如放入 Dropstuff，選之；則 DropStuff 會啟動並壓縮該 PDF。
附帶的說，按 "save as PDF" 所生成的文件全部皆命名為 "Print job.pdf"，位置在 /private/tmp/printing.545.# ( # 為 0 - 9 )。多言，Finder 是尋找不到的，請用終端機，試試以下指令：
find /private/tmp
