我的作業系統還是OS X.1.5
記憶體還是256m
40g的硬碟裡還有24g的空間
不過沒分槽就一個槽而已
不管我魔獸三裡的人物模組調高調低
或解析度調高調低
都完全跑不動
很很很不順就對了！！
也不是網路LAG的問題
不但如此
就算開著omniweb上網
用iTunes聽音樂而DOCK在動的時候
都會有破碎的現象
連關iTunes時也要等上個一分鐘才會有反應
ㄝ..........
我去下載了看記憶體使用狀況的小軟體
我發現我的記憶體都在240m左右
更不用說開了魔獸３之後了（簡直是動彈不得）
我想請問的是：
我APPLE的問題是出在哪裡？
是要加記憶體？
換成OS 10.2？（聽說比OS 10.1快？）
顯示卡的驅動程氏要更新？（在ＰＣ上玩魔獸有些是要這樣解決啦！）
硬碟要分槽？
NEW-iMac的記憶擴充槽不一樣嘛！
那128M 256M 512M的價位大概是多少？
我該買多大的才夠？
另外.....買那個OS 10.2 裡面還有哪些軟體呢？
例如是附IE還是其它的瀏覽器？
iTunes iPhoto 都還有嗎？

那......要升級10.2
是要直接安裝好呢？

還算順.......但人一多就開始ｌａｇ了........
但在ｏｓ9下面跑魔獸............順的不得了.......人多也沒啥影響.......
你要鼻要考慮灌ｏｓ9（玩遊戲用）....和ｏｓ10.2做事用........
建議升到10.2我之前用ｏｓ10.1.5聽個音樂.....上網......開個軟體......然後使用ｄｏｃｋ
縮放時.......還會小ｌａｇ收放........但在10.2.4就完全不會了.......軟體開多都還是蠻順的

一.Are you experiencing problems with video mirroring in Mac OS X?
Unfortunately, Warcraft III does not support video mirroring in Mac OS X. If you have an external display you wish to use on a dual head video card, in Mac OS X, turn off video mirroring in the Display section of the System Preferences application, and make the Display you want to play on the primary display. Then try to play again.
二.Are you experiencing unrecoverable crashes in Mac OS X?
We have managed to duplicate a similar crash here in our test lab. Our programmers are looking into the issue at this time. Until we have this straightened out, please try the following:
Step 1
Disconnect all devices from your computer:
First, log in with an Administrator account for Mac OS X. Then disconnect all the devices from your computer other than the mouse, keyboard, and one monitor. Then delete the preferences file for Warcraft III. It is in ~/Library/Preferences/
Step 2
Close all applications:
Make sure ALL other applications other than the Dock and the Finder are closed.
There may also be processes running on the system which interfere with normal game operation. Use the Process Viewer application to check for any of the following:
Seti@Home
Folding@Home
Norton Autoprotect
TruBlueEnvironme
MouseWorks Backg
Mouse Distance Measurer
Kill any of these processes which may be running. The Process Viewer application is in the Utilities folder of your Applications folder.
Step 3
Update video card drivers:
If you have a Radeon 8500 or earlier ATi card installed in your computer, please install the October 2002 Update driver found here.
For more information on this driver, please visit here.
Step 4
Turn off audio options:
The Miles Carbon shared library may cause problems on some systems. Please turn off all the music and sound options in the Warcraft III Audio Options menu, and then try to play again. If the crash does not reoccur, you can turn these options back on, one at a time, until the crash reoccurs. Then turn only the offending option off. Our programmers are looking into this issue further.
Step 5
Reinstall the game:
If you still have problems, back up your Save folder which is in the Warcraft III folder. Delete the Warcraft III folder, the Warcraft III preferences file, and the Battle.net preferences file. Check the Warcraft III CD for lint and scratches. Clean the Warcraft III CD if necessary. Then reinstall the game, replace the Save folder from your back up, and try to play the game again.
Step 6
Send us information:
If none of the steps listed worked, please send us the following information about your system:
We need an Apple System Profiler report. The Apple System Profiler application is in the Utilities folder which is in your Applications folder. Include System Overview, Devices, Volumes, Extensions and Frameworks information in the report.
Look in the your Home folder for the Library folder. Inside the Library folder you should have a Logs folder. Send us any "Warcraft III.crash.log" files from that folder.
Next, run the Console application which is in the Utilities folder in your Applications folder. Copy and paste the contents of the console.log file into a text file, and email us that text file.
Quit any running applications, and then run the Process Viewer application. Select the User Processes option and take a screen shot (Command Shift 3) Email us the screen shot.
If you are getting any error messages, take a screen shot of the error if possible. To take a screen shot, hold down the Command Shift 3 key combination. The shot is saved to a file named "Picture" on your hard drive.
Use DropStuff to compress the ASP report, Warcraft III.crash.log, console.log, and screen shots into a .sit file, and email that .sit file to us.
三.Are you experiencing video distortion?
With Mac OS X, make sure no applications are running before you start the game.
You should also check the Process Manager application which is in the Utilities folder in the Applications folder.
Make sure there is not a process named "Mouse Distance Measurer" running. If it is, kill it before you start the game.
If you are using an ATI video card, make sure you have the June 2002 Driver update installed. You can get that here.

Set the refresh rate for your monitor as close to 75Hz as possible. With side screen, flat panel monitors, make sure you are not using a desktop resolution which is stretched to fit the whole screen.
This can also happen when the in game Video Options (See: Options button in Main Menu screen) are set too high for the video card in the computer. Turn down the "Model Detail" and "Texture Detail" options, as well as the "Resolution" option.
四.General Performance Tips:
If you experience poor, in-game performance with Warcraft III, please first be sure your system meets or exceeds the minimum system requirements listed in the Read Me file we included in the Warcraft III folder. You should also quit any open applications other than the Finder before you start the game, and turn down the in-game Video Options via the Options button in the Main Menu screen.
If you are using an ATI Video card, make sure you have the most recent drivers installed. You can find those here.
Note: There are new ATI drivers for Mac OS X and for "Classic" versions of the Mac OS starting at Mac OS 9.2.1
"Classic" Mac OS Performance Tips:
With Mac OS 9.2.2 and earlier, you should disconnect all devices from the computer other than the mouse, keyboard, and monitor. Then Use the Extension Manager control panel to start up with the Mac OS Base extension set before you play. We also recommend you leave Virtual Memory on in the Memory control panel even if you have more than 512 MB of RAM installed.
You might also rebuild your desktop file if you have not done so in a while. This is done by holding down the Command and Option keys while the computer is starting up. You can let go of the keys after you see the "Do you want to rebuild your desktop file?" dialog box appear on your desktop.
Finally, make sure you turn off the Volume index schedule in the Sherlock application if you normally have it running when you are playing a game.
Mac OS X Performance Tips:

MAC本來就不太適合玩遊戲了.......
要玩遊戲基本上ｐｃ絕對是比較好的選擇.........且很多遊戲可以選.......
ｍａｃ用來剪輯或做平面比較適合......
不然你如果藥丸遊戲很順且一定要ｍａｃ 的話 那一定要買ｐｏｗｅｒ ｍａｃ 雙1ｇ
以上才會很順..........但很貴......跟ｐｃ比起來的話差太多了.......
ｏｓ9的話要用右鍵的話你要壓ｃｏｎｔｒｏｌ 加左鍵........就等於右鍵
試試看吧........網路的話
你們是牽哪一家的......我的是ｓｅｅｄｎｅｔ......他有附一張安裝光碟片......
那個也有支援ｍａｃ ｏｓ9........如果你是ｓｅｅｄｎｅｔ的話......到ｏｓ9

小弟不知道該怎麼搞才好.....
我沒買OS 9的書....

竟然找不到游標
而且要用蘋果鍵的方法玩～哇！難度突然變困難的！

不過花了這筆錢也還值得啦！
