Following the tip initially posted on Fred Miranda's forums, finally managed to gotten this Adaptor for T.M.R. B via CPS here.

Went to pick it up from the service center just now during lunch time, some photos to share... the white T.M.R. B is from my 70-200 IS L:



How it fits on the lens:



White tripod collar in vertical position on my EF 100mm macro USM and D60.



How much it cost? SGD 30 before tax... that's pretty cheap compare to abt SGD 200 for the official TMR B + adaptor option.
