Remove PHP與MySQL

Earlier, because of a homework project, I have installed phpadmin and MySql. Now, the course finished and I don't want them any longer. What components should I delete so that they are completely remove from my mac?

For phpmyadmin, just drop it into trash can from where it is.
For MySQL, if you use official version, open your terminal application and type:
