【請問】外接DVD燒錄機 會當機的問題 感謝

不好意思 請問一下大家
我使用Zynet這家的Polar外接盒(USB2.0介面)
搭上pioneerA07燒錄器
使用Toast6 在OSX 10.3.3上面燒錄
G4-800桌上型電腦

可以抓的到燒錄機
但是每次燒錄時到一半都會死當 DVD+R DVD+RW都一樣
必須強制結束 然後重開外接盒的電源

但是重抓一次燒錄機後 可以讀到燒錄的碟片全都有燒好
可是檔案要開啟的時候完全失敗
譬如在photoshop開啟jpg檔時:
Could not comple your request because aJPEG
marker segment length is too short(the file may
be turncated or incomplete).
這是他的訊息

請問這樣不知是該從哪裡處理
有想要打給他們客服人員
可是我想說MAC還是這邊專業點 先上來PO

PS:我在PC可以燒錄 但是燒一片滿滿的4G 需要1:50左右
這也是有問題對吧?? 我還不知該問誰@@

個人會建議您先改善那個外接盒，也就是改用Firewire規格的外接盒。

G4-800 USB介面的規格為1.1，雖然您的外接盒USB規格為2.0也向下相容USB 1.1，但對於燒錄DVD來說資料傳輸率實在是太慢了！

2. 同樣的,您的MAC有支援USB 2.0或安裝USB 2.0的drive嗎?

我也是用pioneerA07 DVD燒錄機 外接Firewire外接盒
G4/733 系統9.22 Toast 5.21 燒錄一切正常
4倍-R的4.4GB 燒13分就ok 讀取都正常,到PC也可讀
所以看來應該是你的外接盒出了狀況!

MAC does not support +R/+RW. Under Toast 6 you can see the media but you can not finalize the disk. Try to use -R and -RW media.

1. MAC has supported dvd+r/rw from 10.3.?.
2. Your DVD rom or recorder need to supprt dvd+r/rw too.
3. iDVD 4(offical version) work with DVD+R ? Have any one tried ?

First his drive is Pioneer A07 / 107(OEM version)
It supports both _ ad + R; however, when you burn thru Toast, the disk cant be finilazied. I have OS X.3.2 iDVD 3, dun knw if iDVD supports it or not.

iDVD does not support external DVD drive, unless you have a LaCie DVD drive or have the crack file.

iDVD does not support external DVD drive, only iTune supports it.

The most important information to iDVD user or the people want to use iDVD without super drive is the iDVD hacked version was born. the wonderful easten egg has brought incredible function to them. You should try it.
