Under OS 9.1, I can't open the TCP/IP control panel. It gives me a message that my TCP/IP panel was locked or used by other application. But I don't have any application running.
Any idea?
I'm new to Mac.( Just bougth my first new iBook two weeks ago) Sorry if the question is too dump to post here!

there is away to unlock setting.. but just can't remember from the top of my head
or u might accidently drop ur TCP/IP to system disable or exdention disable folders ( i am not really sure about is but.. just check in case )
if u use osx u will need to login as root to chang the setting
good luck !
