Q: Capture movie by DV-Firewire

Capture movie by iMovie 2 gives better
quality movie than by Premiere 6 (via
DV-Firewire IEEE 1394). Why ?

I think that capture DV is like
copy files, but why the difference ?

but think, iMovie still cant capture the correct 16:9 wide screen mode. that's one reason why i wont use iMovie
