icq can't send file

I'm using icq2.7 beta build 6, fail to send file to users on the contact -- both PC and Mac user. What can I do??

and also, I have set the font to Taipei and reg the icq to trad chinese, but still have to set font when message incoming everytime! anyone can fix this problem??

至於傳遞檔案不成功可能是防火牆的問題。另外，當你收對方中文對話前要記得也要同時換成﹝漢音﹞或者﹝繁簡體中文﹞。換句話說，如果你打開對方中文對話時，右上角語言模式如果還是英文模式那你 還是會收到亂碼。 [img]images/smiles/icon_wink.gif[/img]

FontPatchin'可以使中文以中文顯示而不用再選乙次，記得把阿豆比家的人都放在FontPatchin'下來管，才不會有type 2 error。
