Oh My God!!!!

, I went to the Pasadena Store today, and this is the response I got.
(Me going to the genius bar, my name is on the screen, up there, saying I'm the next in line, and a stupid old man just rush in front of me, and that genius just helped him)
(Patiently waitin..... for like five minutes, a guy walks towards the genius bar)
Me: Excuse me, I've been waiting for about ten minutes now, and I was the one in line on the genius, can you help me with my problem?
The f*******g idiot: Oh I'm sorry, I'm not a genius, I can't help you, sorry.(Sounds more like "itz not my problem"
*********Ten minutes passed by*************
The only guy in the genius section: Oh so your name sir? How are you today? Good? Ok so I see it's your iPod mini that your having trouble with.
Me: Yes.....(Explaing the battery problem)
The guy: mmmm..... Well it is going to take us about
a week to test your iPod and see if that battery problem exsist, and if it can run more than 50% than it says on the specs of our website, then
we will have to charge you. But I'll print out some steps you can try at home, then if the problem still exsist then we will be happy to serve you.
I was really disappointed by the estimated time they requested

, thought it is better than the service in Taiwan, but guess not. When I got home and read the procedure, it seems like following the steps will only take them about 2 days for max... AND THEY ARE REQUESTING A FULL WEEK??? Well I think all I can do is expect when I send the mini in for the battery check, the battery is fully wrecked that it won't run more than nine hours.
