telnet to a Chinese BBS?

I'm asked about this question, but don't know what the answer is. So hopefully, someone could answer that for me.

Is there a way to use the Terminal application in OS X to access a Chinese text-based BBS (i.e. bbs.ntu.edu.tw)? And of course, it will allow the Chinese characters to be displayed correctly. If not, is there any application that can do that like the old MacBlue Telnet in the old time. The answer may help the sale of a brand new iMac. 8) Thanks in advance.

Please visit http://www.OIKOS.com.tw and look for Jterminal. Its terminal emulation is not as good as MacBlue telnet's, but at lease it can display chinese while Terminal.app can't.
