Bluetooth after startup?

Is there anyway to make Mac OS X see that there's Bluetooth when the BT USB adapter is plugged in only after startup?

After startup, open up terminal and type:
sudo kextunload /System/Library/Extensions/IOBluetoothHIDDriver.kext
After plugging the module, type:
sudo kextload /System/Library/Extensions/IOBluetoothHIDDriver.kext
