請問XCODE下使用Distribute build為何速度反而慢？

請高手指導一下

一個Project在Dual G5 2GHz 2GRAM上，build一次須 9秒
若打開Distribute build, 透過100BaseT網路，加上外部一台電腦 PB 12" G4 1GHz 768MB RAM 結果build 一次費時39秒

請問除了G5的Xcode Preference->Distribute build check box "Distribute builds to shared computer"
以及PB G4 上check box "Share my computer for building as High priority"
之外還須如何設定？

只要你的 program 再大上千倍、萬倍或千萬倍，便行了。

Distribute build 不是萬靈丹，Xcode 需要先把你整個 project 透過網路傳到別的電腦上後，才可以開始 compile, 所以你的 project 除非很大，否則編譯的速度反而會更慢。
