Let's be fair here, I mean, come on people, it is Apple making an software for windows operating system, and this is not somethin so big like iTunes getting improvements every once awhile. Well I can see the printers on all of my school net work, and also check the printer statue, which is rather beneficial, but some how it for me the work it does doesn't keep up w/ the memory it uses. Kinda useless software on windows, well i'm too lazy to uninstall it from my 3 year old Toshiba NB, guess it will stay on the computer for a while...

Service Discovery has nothing to do with the ability to print. To print correctly still requires the proper printer driver on local systems.
