先說 binary and ASCII
一般來說是要用 ASCII mode 傳純文字檔, 這樣換行符號理論上能夠自動轉換, 而 binary 則是用來傳其他的檔案，尤其是編譯好了的程式。
As for permission:
7 is for rwx ; which has read/write/execute permission
5 is for r-x ; which has read and execute permission
4 is for r-- ; which is read-only
754 means that you have #7 permission, your group members have #5 and others can only read it.
我不知道 Fetch 原文要表達的邏輯是什麼, 所以暫此不表。
