魔獸爭霸的視訊卡

前兩週買到了魔獸爭霸三，一跑起來真是欲哭無淚---太慢了。我的系統是G4/450/dual cpu/256 mb/視訊卡是原機所附的ATI rage 128 16 mb,vram。

看到網上幾位朋友討論，我猜測主要是視訊卡的問題，尤其是vram才16mb。

所以在不換主機的前提下（誰都知道為何如此），我計畫只換視訊卡。

剛上網看到ATI Radeon 8500 AGP Graphics Card Mac Edition 說是“offers superior 3D graphics acceleration and is the ideal solution for high performance gaming”，要價199美元。心動不已。

況且我也會用到dvd剪輯家庭影片。玩其他動作類遊戲。

不知各位有何建議？或是有更好的品牌？使用經驗等等，能出個聲？幫幫小弟好嗎？

Radeon 8500 卡值得一試 (9700 也出了） ... 此外 nVidia 的 GeForce 3 以上視訊卡也不錯 ...

不過小弟本身沒有魔獸爭霸三 ... 但想玩 ...

8500很不錯！
你可以考慮這款！要不是最近要買小白我也會買塊來裝我的G4
而且再加上 90/9700的出現讓它降價了不少
個人是覺得挺划算的啦

小弟的装备是 G4 733 MHz, GeForce2 MX 32 MB, 896 MB RAM ...

WCIII don't need powerful CPU to deal with, instead graphic card is far more important than CPU. IMO, G4-500 is powerful enough to play this game, as long as you are not going to play the 3 vs 3 game on battle.net but there's a big IF, IF you have GeForce3 or better graphic cards.

Radeon 8500 mac edition is good, if you're not a big fan of first person shooting games, by the way, ATi graphic cards is far more superior in DVD playing and 2D graphics, Radeon 9700 will be the ultimate graphic card for mac if you're willing to wait and pay the money for it.
