Mac OS X 10.1 Tier 2 languages components - Available now!

Please note that the Tier 2 Mac OS X 10.1 language components has
been posted in the Software Update today. This covers Traditional
Chinese, Simplified Chinese, and Korean. You now can update your
Mac OS X 10.1 and will have access to Traditional & Simplified Chinese,
Korean, English, Japanese, and other European languages all unified
under Mac OS X 10.1.

If you have already installed Mac OS X 10.1, just go to the System
Preference & launch Software update and click 'Update Now', the tier 2
language components will appear & you can install the ones that you
like.

This is convenient for those who computes predominately in an English
environment but occasionally need to access other languages
capability, for e.g. in Hong Kong many computes in English but has a
occasionally need for both Simplified and Traditional Chinese. For
customer that would prefer to compute under a specific language other
than English, e.g. in China this would be Simplified Chinese, customer
would use the Simplified Chinese Mac OS X 10.1 which also comes
with the Mac OS 9.2.1 Simplified Chinese.

This is only available on Mac OS X 10 version 10.1.

It's the message I got from the email of Apple Hong Kong today......I've tried to update it through software update, but I can't get it too.....

Patience young grasshopper! I posted HERE yesterday as I learned that from a pal within Apple... he updated his machine early last morning in Singapore...^^

結論：我們應該想辦法把 URL 設到星加坡的機器上才對…

蘋果內部用的Software Update也是用一樣的URL。只是在蘋果的IntraNet上那個server的DNS是指到內部（在防火牆裡面）的主機。

結論：不必亂指了。發揮Mac使用者特有的耐性，乖乖等吧。
