Hi Bryant:
Can I get rid of " widgets" out of 10.4 system. I don't like it. It make me crazy. Every time I try to click on file. If I didn't click on the right place the widgets poping up. So I trash all the widgets file. but the widget still there.

Jeff, what mouse are you using? I suspect this has nothing to do with Dashboard, but your mouse's shortcut key setup is wrong: Somehow you set the mouse so that when you click it "press" the F12 key, which in turns calls out the widgets.
