根據若干軟體開發者的資訊，蘋果公司已經開始發出 Mac OS X 10.5.3 build 9D10 ，被修改的項目包括了通訊錄（Address Book） 、 AppleScript 、 Back to my Mac 、 Dashboard 、 DVD 播放程式（DVD Player） 、 Finder 、 iCal 、 Mail 、 Portable Home Directories 、 Rosetta 、 Spaces 、 Spotlight 、 Time Machine 與 VoiceOver 等，整體總修正內容目前達 75 個左右。

Mac OS X 10.5.3 最終版本預計於四月至五月時推出。
